Loooong Awaited Room Pictures

Here are the looooong awaited pictures of Drake's bedroom. The room has light blue walls and a dark red carpet (came this way). So many of our friends helped us decorate it by giving us things with a dragon theme like sheets, stuffed animals, artwork, sculptures, and a lamp. In the first picture, Drake is playing with his crane on his bed. It's summer, so the quilt is not on his bed. You can see 2 of the 4 murals in his bedroom. My husband painted 2 murals and Drake's Uncle V painted the other 2. The bed frame is made by a Friend of the Family with wood from my parent's property. It is a very nice bed and will be an heirloom in my family.

In this second picture, you can see his front window with his stereo (which is usually playing classical or Disney music) and some of his dragon stuffed animals. You can see another mural, and a bit of the changing table. We don't use the changing table anymore except to store the diapers and diapering items.

In the last picture, you can see Drake's closet with the mirror doors. You can also see the quilt on Drake's bed, and one of the Spiderman Pillows and the Batman Quilt I made Drake. If you look in the mirror there is an awesome drawing of the letters DRAKE in dragons, and you can see half of a beautiful dragon mobile - both were made by friends of ours.
